General Questions for In house printing:
Is it preorder?
No it is not. I print the vinyl and leather right in our studio in Burnaby, BC.
Is all the prints up on the new site?
No, it is not. There are over 10000 prints to be upload. I will upload new designs daily
What material do you have available right now?
Litchi 1mm faux leather/vinyl
Smooth 1mm faux leather/vinyl
How long is TAT?
(TAT) Turnaround time is about 10 - 15 business days not including holidays. This is a one person shop, its not fast TAT.
What are the sizes you will be printing?
Sampler 4” Wide x 11” Tall
Standard 8.5” Wide x 11” Tall
Mini Roll 23" Wide x 12" Tall
Roll 54" Wide x 12" Tall
Big One 54" Wide x 23" Tall
How do I scale the print?
You can scale the print by using the dropdown of the specific scale you like or you can specific the size you want. Follow the instructions on each listing
Is your material are domestic sewing machine?
Yes, it is domestic friendly
Can you custom print? I have my own files
Yes, there will be a listing call “Print your own prints”, you can upload your print.
Will you reuse the print I upload?
No, I will not reuse your print unless I have license for it.
Shipping:
How do you ship?
I ship thru Canada Post for oversized letter mails ($6), Sendle for tracking ($18.49) and USPS with tracking for USA orders ($15). I am shipping with mailers or boxes.
Will the rolls ship roll up?
Yes, I will ship roll up. except "Big one", it will be folded
Can I pick up my orders?
Yes, you can, My studio is located in Burnaby BC
Can I combine orders?
You can combine orders with both sites, or multiple orders
