GENERAL QUESTIONS – IN-HOUSE PRINTING

Is it a pre-order?

Nope! Everything is printed in-house at my studio in South Vancouver.
All vinyl, faux leather, and canvas are printed by me — no pre-orders.

Are all the prints uploaded yet?

Not yet. I have over 10,000+ designs and I upload new ones daily.

What materials are available right now?

Litchi 1mm Faux Leather / Vinyl
Smooth 1mm Faux Leather / Vinyl
Oxford Waterproof Canvas 600D

What is your turnaround time?

Please check the current TAT listed in the website menu.
Times may vary depending on order volume and materials.
This is a one-person shop — thank you for your patience and support!

What sizes do you offer?

VINYL / FAUX LEATHER

Sampler – 4 inches wide x 11 inches tall
Standard – 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches tall
Mini Roll – 23 inches wide x 12 inches tall
Roll – 53 inches wide x 12 inches tall
Half Yard – 53 inches wide x 18 inches tall
Big One – 53 inches wide x 23 inches tall

How do I choose the scale?

Each listing has a dropdown for preset scales range or an option for Specific Element Size.
Choose what you need and follow the listing instructions.

Are your materials domestic-machine friendly?

Yes! Vinyl and canvas both work perfectly with domestic sewing machines.

Can I print my own files?

Yes! Use the listing called “Print Your Own Prints.”
You can upload your file directly on that page.

Will my file ever be reused?

No. I will never reuse or resell your file unless I have the legal licence to print it.

How do I request colour matching?

Use the comments box on the listing. Example:
“Qty 2 — 1 printed design, 1 matching solid [colour name].”

SCALING INFORMATION

How does scaling work?

THCG Supply offers preset scales from Micro to XX Large.
Each preset has a general size range that I set at the time of your order.
Because I do not keep records of past scale measurements, the exact range may vary slightly every time, but it will always stay within the look and proportion of the scale you selected.

Can I request a specific size under a preset scale?

No. Preset scales are fixed for that order.
This means custom measurements cannot be added in the comments when choosing Micro, Small, Medium, Large, etc.

What if I need an exact size or want the same scale as a previous order?

Choose Specific Element Size.
In the comment box, write:

which element you want measured
the exact height or width
in cm or inches

This is the only way to guarantee an exact match or repeat of a previous order.

Why can’t I request size changes under preset scales anymore?

Because custom size notes in comments:

disrupt my workflow
cause confusion
lead to mistakes and reprints
will not match previous orders since I don’t record scale ranges

To avoid miscommunication, preset scales stay within their general range, and exact sizes must go under Specific Element Size.

Not sure which option to choose?

If exact matching matters → choose Specific Element Size
If a general size range is fine → choose a preset scale

SHIPPING

How do you ship?

I ship through Canada Post, Stallion Express, and Sendle (by request).

Canadian Shipping Rates (in CAD)

8 CAD – Small Parcel with tracking (under 500g)
18.49 CAD – Flat Rate Parcel with tracking

USA Shipping Rates (in CAD)

8 CAD – USPS Ground Advantage (up to 300g)
17 CAD – USPS (for heavier items)

All shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars.
There are no customs fees or tariffs for U.S. customers — packages enter USPS as domestic mail.

How are rolls shipped?

All rolls are shipped rolled, except Big Ones, which are folded for easier shipping.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes!
Choose Pick Up at checkout and I will contact you to arrange a time from my Vancouver studio.

Can I combine orders?

Yes, absolutely.
You can combine:

orders from both sites
multiple orders
Just select Add to Order at checkout.
