USA: How to order

How to Place a USA Order with THCG Supply

Since USA orders are processed manually, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Fill Your Cart

• Add the prints or products you’d like to order.

• Go to your cart and check that everything looks correct.

Step 2: Take a Screenshot

• Take a screenshot of your cart page that clearly shows:

  • All items in your cart

  • Your subtotal (before shipping and taxes)

Step 3: Email Me Your Info

Send an email to thcgsupply@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your full shipping address (name, street, city, state, ZIP).

2. The screenshot of your cart with the subtotal.

Step 4: Wait for Your Custom Quote

• I’ll calculate your duties, taxes, and shipping.

• I’ll reply with the full cost for you to approve.

Step 5: Approve & Pay

• Once you approve the quote, I’ll send you an invoice through my website.

• Payment will be processed through PayPal in CAD.

Step 6: Shipping

• All orders will ship with USPS.

• Your billing address will be used as the shipping address (the invoice may temporarily show my house address just for checkout, but don’t worry – I’ll ship to you).
